If you notice my previous photos, you will see that the pedestrian tunnel is missing its ceiling. It was my intenton that this piece will be removable as I wanted to add lighting later and able to take it out should I need to repair it in the future.

The thickness of the ceiliing is 10mm and I cut 2 pieces of 5mm cork for the ceiling and a smaller piece for the “face”. I used superglue to stick them together. Using fingers, I slide it in and out carefully. It fits neatly inside.

I am pleased with the result. Now, it is time to add lighting!
